Licensing/Partnerships

Impact Learning Center is licensed through the Department of Children and Families. We also partner with the USDA Food Program to provide balanced healthy meals and Lutheran Services Florida to provide Head Start services to families who qualify. As a Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) and School Readiness provider we also receive continuous monitoring and support from the Early Learning Coalition (ELC) of Duval.

Quality Rating

Impact Learning Center’s first three locations (San Marco, Riverside, and Westside) have completed the Guiding Stars of Duval (GSOD) program and have all been rated five stars! All three schools are also accredited by Green Apple Accreditation Services and designated as Gold Seal Quality Care providers by DCF. This sets us apart as quality early learning centers that far exceed the minimum licensing standards. You can find out more about the GSOD program at www.elcofduval.org.

Staff Education

To ensure your child’s safety, our staff undergo rigorous background and reference checks. Our teachers are also highly credentialed. Most of our lead teachers hold at least a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or a college degree and at least three years of teaching experience. Every teacher has a Professional Development Plan that outlines their track for on-going training and education.
